A new series of time-based works has been added to the site. Based loosely on earlier work inspired by the periodic tiling patterns explored by a 17th century Dominican monk, Sebastien Truchet, each work is high definition (1080 x 1920, 30 fps) and a 12-minute seamless loop.

The works: 2007.1a, 2007.1b, 2007.1c, 2007.1d and 2007.2a (shown here).

On the Information: Introduction page, a brief video with commentary introduces some of the fundamental concepts behind this work.

For well over 20 years, photography has been an important part of Ken’s creative practice, albeit behind the scenes as a reference tool. Works: Photo-based includes a small sampling of some recent photographs. Expect much more in the near future.
